Q: How do I choose the right melody?
A:
The right song begins with choosing the best melody from the singvitations song list. It needs to resonate with not only the theme or type of your event but most important your heart. Therefore if there is a specific song that you have your heart set on, we will do our very best to accommodate barring any unforeseen licensing issues. |

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Depending on the package you choose, your singvitation will take 2-4 weeks to complete. It will then take an additional 2 weeks from the final approval of the artwork and the recording to be ready for delivery.
The following are a few important steps that must take place before we officially begin the creative process.
- Meeting either by phone or scheduling a face to face consultation
- Thoroughly review and discuss client guideline form
- Enforce the one time proofing opportunity
- Sign the contract
- Retrieve deposit (1/2 of the total balance)

Q: Can I approve it before it’s done?
A: After the design and the lyrics have been composed, the client will at that time have one opportunity to review rough draft.
The web designer will put a copy of the Singvitations image on the website for client proofing.
Once we are in receipt of an email containing approval/corrections we will make any necessary changes. At that time we will perfect the design, lyrics schedule studio time and record.
Upon completion of the recording we will then upload the music and design for the client to give everything one final review. Before the printing process begins, client is responsible to make sure that all spelling is correct.
Lastly we would need a green light to replicate your Singvitation.
Within two weeks we will have the discs in house ready for distribution. |

Q: Who sends out the Singvitations?
A: Who delivers the Singvitations is up to the client. Essentially there are two choices.
*We can provide the client with the product shrink-wrapped and ready to be packaged , leaving the client to take care of the labeling, envelopes and postage.
*For an additional fee, Singvitations can complete all aspects of addressing postage and handling and packaging. |

Q: May I sing on my Singvitations CD?
A: Singvitations prides itself on its’ professional staff of talented designers, singers, lyricists and musicians. Therefore, and in light of that fact, we can’t discriminate as to what would be acceptable for recording, and must deny any client participation. |
